Spine Surgeon, Director of The Spine Institute
Dr. Eromo provides clinical assessment and treatment for all patients with spine pathology, including those who do not require surgery. He works closely with the specialists at The Spine Institute of Columbia Memorial Hospital to tailor a non-operative treatment plan for patients.
Dr. Eromo’s interest in spinal surgery is a combination of several academic and athletic interests during his early schooling both in high school and college. While studying the human nervous system and playing as an attacking midfielder in a semi-pro soccer league, he was intrigued by the complexity of the spine. These early experiences as an undergraduate and as a JPL/NASA researcher primed his interest in orthopedic surgery and later in surgery of the spine.
