QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor s degree; master s degree in healthcare related field
(preferred)

License/Certifications: RN; CPHQ (preferred)

Experience: 3 years acute care quality management experience; Knowledge of CMS
and NYS regulatory reporting requirements; proficiency in navigating electronic
medical record platforms; Strong written and oral communication skills,
including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word,
Outlook, PowerPoint.

SUMMARY: The Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting the Quality
Management program throughout the organization, with primary focus on
evaluating clinical quality of care, maintaining regulatory readiness and
conformance and driving continuous quality improvement.

Salary Range: $28.06 – $51.36
