The Clinical Systems Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the
implementation and utilization of electronic medical record clinical
functionality with providers and staff. This position encompasses regulatory
knowledge, and heavy influence is placed upon error prevention, as the
ramifications thereof can be detrimental to the health system’s ability to
provide quality patient care.

Serves as liaison between team members and end users as it relates to
developing, implementing, testing and maintaining clinical functionality in the
electronic medical record.

The Clinical Systems Analyst will provide individual and group training for end
users as needed. Responsible for development of training, project management,
communication and other materials.

Education: Bachelors preferred

License/Certifications: License/certification in any state as an RN preferred

Three to five years healthcare and informatics experience preferred.

Experience planning and managing medium to large-sized projects of medium to
high complexity including planning, budgeting, resource management, deliverable
development, timelines, issues and risks.

Clinical systems implementation and project management experience, healthcare
information technology or consulting experience.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of healthcare services, HIT, regulatory
requirements, clinical data management and project management

Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Experience developing and executing project plans utilizing a project
management methodology and project planning tools.

Experience implementing and managing a variety of HIS systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

MS suite fluency
