The Informatics Pharmacist will collaborate with Pharmacy Services and
Information Services in all aspects of information technologies ,
methodologies, and processes to support Columbia Memorial s mission, vision and
core values including but not limited to analysis, design, implementation,
reporting, and education. 340B Program policies and procedures will be reviewed
on an ongoing basis and offer contributions and changes to ensure 340B
Education:Must be a graduate of an accredited college of Pharmacy with a B.S.
in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, experience implementing health IT systems, 340B
knowledge, and licensed to practice in New York State.
License/Certification:Pharmacy License to practice in New York State
Experience:Minimum of 1 year experience in the pharmacy environment and working
knowledge of physician/hospital/retail operations is required
Electronic health record or Meditech dictionary experience preferred
